Return Policy – Keramikkgården

At Keramikkgården, we make handcrafted ceramics, where each piece is unique or one of very few. This policy applies to consumer purchases through our online store.
Returns
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective, or where we have sent the wrong item. Due to the unique, handmade nature of our products and the high cost and risk of international shipping, we do not accept returns for change of mind, fit, or other non-defect reasons.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at keramikkgaarden@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the damage or defect
- Photos of the item AND the packaging (both unopened and opened, if possible)
We cover return shipping for approved claims and will offer a replacement (where possible – note that many items are unique), repair, or full refund.
Returns process
Do not return items without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
